Paradise Acres RV Resort – Campground Rules & Policies

Welcome to Paradise Acres RV Resort! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing environment for all our guests, we ask that you review and adhere to the following guidelines. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.

SITE RENTAL & FEE SCHEDULE

  • Nightly Rate: $50

  • 4–6 Nights: $45/night

  • Weekly Rate: $245

  • Monthly Rate: $475
     

🔹 Rates include 2 adults per site. Additional guests require prior management approval at $5/day per person.
🔹 Full payment is due at time of booking.
🔹 A valid credit card is required prior to arrival for incidentals and will be kept on file. Any damages or additional cleaning fees will be charged to the card on file.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 21 days before check-in: Full refund minus $25 fee or full resort credit

  • 14–21 days before check-in: 50% resort credit / 50% forfeited

  • Less than 14 days: No refund

  • No-shows: No refund

We do not offer refunds for weather, holidays, events, or early departures.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
     

Please stop by the office to pick up your welcome packet, show ID, and sign Terms & Conditions upon arrival.

GENERAL RULES & PARK POLICIES

🚫 LIABILITY
 

All guests use Paradise Acres RV Resort at their own risk. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen property

  • Weather-related issues

  • Vehicle or RV damages

  • Accidents, injuries, or acts of God
     

Guests must carry their own insurance.
 

🐾 PETS
 

  • Pets are not permitted in public buildings (office, bathhouse, laundry, etc.)

  • Pets must be kenneled when left alone in cabins

  • Aggressive or disruptive animals may be removed

  • Pet violations may result in immediate eviction without refund
     

🚗 VEHICLES
 

  • Maximum of 2 vehicles per site

  • Must be registered at check-in

  • Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the park
     

🚭 SMOKING / VAPING
 

  • Prohibited in all cabins, cabin porches, and public buildings

  • $250 cleaning fee will be charged if violated
     

🚓 DRUG & ALCOHOL USE
 

  • No drug-related activity permitted

  • No public intoxication

  • Alcohol must be consumed at your campsite only – no open containers in public areas
     

🎆 FIREWORKS & FIREARMS
 

  • Strictly prohibited, including BB guns, pellet guns, and airsoft weapons
     

🔥 CAMPFIRES
 

  • Fires must be supervised and fully extinguished when unattended

  • Ensure coals and ashes are cold before leaving the site

QUIET HOURS & CONDUCT

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or threatening behavior is not tolerated

  • Foul language, property damage, or failure to follow staff direction is grounds for removal

LEGAL NOTICE

  • Attorney Fees: Management reserves the right to recover legal costs for enforcement of rules

  • Right to Refuse Service: Management may deny entry or remove guests at their discretion

  • Maintenance Access: Staff and authorized vendors may access sites as needed during business hours for repairs or maintenance

  • No Refunds For: Unused nights, early departures, weather, insects/wildlife, or power outages
